PAYMENT, SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

If electing to use our shopping cart the following will apply with regards to payment types accepted; applicable taxes; shipping destinations and methods; special handling of restricted materials; purchase guidelines; damaged items; missing items; warranties, responsibilities, and pricing changes.


PAYMENT TYPES ACCEPTED

Crown Collars Online accepts PayPal payments. Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Checking or Savings Bank Draft payments are available through PayPal. When using your credit card or debit card, please provide your credit card billing address if different from the shipping address and daytime/nighttime phone numbers. If the billing address or the security code does not match that which is on file at the financial institution, if authorization is not given for any reason, or if the issuing bank cannot support verification efforts, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification. We do not assume any responsibility for bank fees incurred as a result of using a Debit Card for your purchases.


Crown Collars also accepts payment in the form of cashiers checks, money orders and personal checks specifically written out to Crown Collars. No third party checks or money orders are accepted. Upon receipt of your check or money order, the order will begin processing for shipment. Shipment will be released once the check or money order has cleared. Generally, this takes 7 to 10 days from our receipt of the payment. You will be notified by E-Mail when your shipment is released. Please be sure to include your E-Mail address when paying via this method.


Using a Credit Card Without Using PayPal

If you would like to fund your order with a credit card on our website without going through PayPal, it will be necessary to first call us before attempting to submit your order.


APPLICABLE SALES TAX

You will not be charged sales tax if you order is shipped outside Ohio.


SHIPPING INFORMATION


Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are a flat rate of $5.75. The maximum per order weight we will ship is 20 pounds. All orders have a beginning tare weight of 1 pound to accommodate container and other packaging materials. You can see your shipping charge during the order process BEFORE you place your order. Please contact Crown Collars for special discounts and shipping charges on large orders.


Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS Mail.


Special Note On Shipping Time

The shipment of your item(s) will normally take place within two (2) weeks.


Crown Collar’s Shipping Area

Crown Collars currently ships within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Please call or E-Mail us for any other shipping arrangements outside our normal shipping area.


PURCHASE GUIDELINES


Considerations

Items manufactured by Crown Collars are under a 30 day repair or replacement warranty once they are sold and leave Crown Collars. These items must be returned within the warranty period for repair for a full replacement. Return shipment will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Repair or replacement of defective item(s) will be made at the discretion of Crown Collars.


Other Manufacturers’ items are considered “Under Warranty” once they are sold and leave Crown Collars. These items must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. It is our recommendation that the customer forward the item to the manufacturer in accordance with the item’s warranty statement.


Damages Items

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please E-Mail Crown Collars immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize your chances of making a claim.


Other Manufacturer’s Missing Items or Parts

The manufacturer resolves any missing items or parts problems. Please contact us regarding a missing item or part and we will notify the manufacturer of the shortage and they will then either send the part to you, or in some instances, authorize us to supply the missing part if available.


Crown Collars offers “Out of Warranty” repair service for any Crown Collar manufactured product. Please call or E-Mail Crown Collars for repair service arrangements.

All of the products we sell are intended for retail consumption by our customers and are not intended for resale. Any consequences arising out of the resale of merchandise purchased from Crown Collars is the responsibility of the seller, not Crown Collars. Please note that most items we offer are intended for use in the USA.


Price and/or Description Changes

All prices, pictures and descriptions on this site are subject to change. Crown Collars maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors. In the event of typographical errors on our site Crown Collars reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its sole discretion. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.
