Ordered this collar on the advice of Ingrid. I was looking for more durable fabric. It’s gorgeous. Ingrids customer service is beyond outstanding. USPS failed to deliver the first set so Ingrid graciously made a second set. She was on top of it right from the start. High praise for a well run business!!
