Tiffany's Ponsettia Not really Tiffany of course, but this high quality cotton fabric reminded me of Tiffiny glass with the thick gold outlining the petals and leaves in shades of red and pink. Collar is first wrapped in dark pink cuddle satin before the fabric is sewn on and put together with solid cast brass hardware. Photo shows a 1.5" martingale over a 2" martingale.
