Czar This brightly colored jacquard ribbon in green, red, blue, black and gold reminds me of Russian Aristocracy. It is sewn against a polypro base that is first completely wrapped in silky-soft black cuddle satin for comfort. As with all Crown Collars, only nylon bonded thread is used and 2 rows of reinforced stitches are placed at each pressure point for safety. Photo shows the collar put together with solid cast brass hardware but nickel is available if you prefer.
